Darious Zienzis from the Croatian association of Street Workout has made the collection of other people on internet that have moved simple skill to advance level. He does not know anyone in the world in street workout that can perform all of these elements because the last one requires around 10 years of tendonds and ligaments preparation whereas the first one can be achieved in a year or so.

First is the bent arms
After that comes the body at the same height as the arms
And after that, the arms close to the hips and no arch in the back
